AOD ® PUMP PARTS
Specialists in providing
quality components to the AOD ® Pump Industry for many years, we offer superior
parts produced with high-performance materials. Our products withstand
harsh conditions such as chemicals, corrosive fluids, steam and
high-temperatures. Proprietary compounds are available to meet the

DIAPHRAGMS
We have been a supplier to major AOD ® Pump OEMs for many years and our experience ensures a quality product able to withstand the stress of severe duty while retaining the flexibility needed to meet your service requirements. Our Thermoplastic and fabric-reinforced Elastomeric diaphragms are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the demanding cycles required for aggressive applications. We produce diaphragms for pumps ranging from 1/4" to 3” output diameter. Each AOD ® pump has a specific diaphragm design. VALVE BALLS
We carry a wide range of
standard sizes, from 1/8” to 5-1/4”, and standard compounds including
Fluoroelastomer, Neoprene, SBR, Buna-N/Nitrile, EPDM, Food-Grade Materials,
Hytrel®,
Geolast®,
Santoprene®,
Polyurethane, and PTFE. Other sizes and compounds can be custom molded to meet
your specifications. Whether precision-ground or commercial grade unground,
our balls provide an effective seal every time.

SEATS
We formulate our seat compounds to withstand the vigorous application environment in which they are contained. Our seats are precision molded to ensure a good seal with all check ball materials. Seats are available in Hytrel®, Santoprene®, Geolast®, Polyurethane, PTFE, Fluoroelastomer, Buna-N/Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene & Food Grade Materials, and can be designed to fit any requirements.

In pumps requiring movement of large amounts of solid material, flap valves afford the most versatility. Our flaps valves are formulated to withstand repeated flexing in severe environments. Available in Hytrel®, Santoprene®, Geolast®, Polyurethane, Fluoroelastomer, Buna-N/Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene & Food Grade Materials, our flap valves with will be suitable for most pumping applications.

GASKETS
An inferior gasket can cause leakage of pumped material or air, rendering your pump ineffective and dangerous. Our gaskets are die-cut or molded from top-quality materials to prevent this from occurring. Available in Hytrel®, Santoprene®, Geolast®, Polyurethane, Fluoroelastomer, Buna-N/Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene & Food Grade Materials, our gaskets will protect your process and environment.
