The ChemTrac hydration unit is a fully mobile, computerized hydration system designed specifically for use with CoilChem products. Its compact, trailer mounted design allows quick response time to any location in the Marcellus & Utica Basins.
Using proprietary software driven volumetric controls, the ChemTrac system provides continuous mixing of CoilChem fluids at the level of precision required for faster, more efficient well completion. ChemTrac assures that a reliable dosing ratio can be varied almost instantaneously to support ever changing requirements during the completion process. |

Completion Beads

Specially designed to be spotted in the wellbore radius at the beginning of completion operations, these beads statically attach to the interior of the casing providing continued lubrication for pipe movement when pipe friction reducers are not being pumped. Crush strengths of 15,000 psi.

This product fully hydrates in any aqueous fluid, and reaches full saturation in high temperature, KCL, and re-circulated fluids.
